Tender and Bid Planning

Contract & Baseline Programmes
Provision and ongoing management of Baseline, Master or Accepted programme's. Typically, developed in accordance with your contract requirements, including critical paths, milestones, cost, resource, progress, commentaries and other information allowing stakeholders to interrogate the programme and properly assess its implications, used in association with claims or extension of time.
Our consultants are fully conversant with programme and planning requirements under contracts such as the NEC (The New Engineering Contract).

Fully conversant and practiced in the strategy, framework and plans required for a successful project business case.
Preparing project plans to control and track the progress and delivery of the project. as well as, how, when and by whom a specific project, milestone or set of targets will be achieved and thereafter providing detailed analysis of the same.
Galicore Services can support the Cabinet Offices recommendation for delivering programmes and projects - ie via MSP or Prince2.

Cost Loading
Project managers need resource and cost loaded work schedules to make realistic assumptions and forecasts for their project’s targets. A well-prepared resource and cost loaded schedule provides adequate project information and improves decision making within the project team.
Using Primavera P6 our consultants support advanced cost management capabilities that enable you to monitor planned and actual costs and expenses of a project.

Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis
We are experience in supporting projects in respect of performing Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) to provide assurance that key milestones/objectives within a project schedule will be met.
QSRA can help to provide a realistic forecast and illustrate the key driving factors within a plan, in addition to quantifying the schedule benefits of timely interventions. This information is conducive to effective, risk-based decision making.
